Your Home Away From Home, a Look at Holiday Inn Club Vacations Resort Myrtle Beach

The Holiday Inn Club Vacations Resort is found at 3000 S Ocean BLVD in Myrtle Beach, SC. The resort offers 16 acres of tranquil condo-villas and suites, indoor and outdoor pools, barbecue grills, and additional amenities for your leisure and entertainment. Although it is not precisely on the ocean, it’s across the street from the wonderful coast with its own private oceanfront beach club with pools and a private beach access. It is the perfect place to spend your days under the sun.

Their Lagoon Pool Bar is open daily from 11 am to 8 pm with daily drink specials and happy hour from 4 pm to 7 pm. They serve a number drinks and smoothies~of drinks including smoothies or alcoholic cocktails}. They also have a light menu including sandwiches and wraps. Situated just a short drive away is outlet shopping, stellar golf, and a 350-acre dining and entertainment complex, water park, shopping and more. If you just need a fast bite to eat stop by the Marketplace Grab and Go for lunch. The Marketplace has a light menu including sandwiches, salads, wraps and pizza.

The condos and rooms are spacious and feature color cable/satellite TVs, DVD/VCR players and stereos. In room video game rentals are available so you can leave all the game systems at home. There are video rentals available on property. Perfect for an evening in with the family.
When you arrive there is a bellperson to assist you with any of your luggage.

You will have three accommodation categories to choose from. Some offer more than others. You have a choice of the regular guest room which features a full kitchen with coffee maker, stove, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, toaster, a mini-fridge, as well as all your glasses. They also have a high speed wireless internet connection.

The Executive Club Level and the Suites feature all the electronic features of the guest rooms with the kitchens coming equipped with a coffee maker, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and toaster. You also have all glassware, silverware, and plates. Every one of them is has high speed wireless internet.

There is a wide variety of daily activities available for any age group. Activity times and locations vary, so you will want to check their activity guide that is presented at check in and is great for your vacation planning. Daily housekeeping or weekly is available but some services may be limited. The property has the convenience of an onsite self-service laundry facility. The business center supplies the tools to help you get the job done; it is loaded with FAX machine, computer, and high speed internet.

My favorite time is spent relaxing with the spa features of the Sauna and Whirlpool. For those items you forgot from home the property has a convenience store and for those last minute souvenirs the gift shop has you covered. Great Concierge Service helped us pick the perfect location to eat and dance and the kids love the Alligator Adventure that was suggested. They are on site from 9 am to 9 pm. If you are flying then they also have a rental car desk (Enterprise) on site from 9 am to 9 pm . It is located about 4 miles (6 kilometers) from the airport. It is just a short 10 – 15 minutes by taxi.  One-way should run about $10.00 (USD). The property has ATM/Cash Machine which is nice, so we did not have to find a bank.

The front desk had safety deposit boxes for any valuables we may have had too. An additional nice feature we noticed in the heat of the summer was the resort had many public areas with A/C. No matter if you are taking in a show, relaxing on the beach, or grilling with the family; Holiday Inn Club Vacations Resort is the ideal spot to spend your holiday vacation. We recommend seeing if they are offering any specials.
